Pre-Booking Questions

  • We provide the tunes and bringwedding packages a high-vibe atmosphere for all kinds of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events and lavish weddings. Our expertise ensures that every event is memorable and perfectly aligned with your vision. Explore our wedding packages or special events packages to learn more.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally several months in advance or for weddings, up to a year ahead. If your event is sooner, we'll do our best to accommodate more urgent requests depending on our schedule.

  • We’re proud Waiheke Island specialists and have strong relationships with all venues and vendors locally, but our services extend to Auckland and beyond.

  • Currently, our services are focused within New Zealand. However, feel free to contact us to discuss potential adventures beyond our little island home.

  • Absolutely! Our equipment and setup are versatile enough to handle both indoor and outdoor settings, ensuring great sound quality and atmosphere, no matter where you’re at.

  • Having a music coordinator ensures that every musical detail is handled professionally. They’re there to manage the timing and quality of music throughout the event from start to finish, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day without wondering ‘do we need music right now?’ or ‘where the heck is the mic?’.

Booking Process

  • Simply fill out our contact form to share more about your event, your vision, and what kind of role we can play to make your party unforgettable.

  • To start, we’ll need some basic info like your event date, location, type of event. Once we’ve checked availability and locked your spot in, we’ll gather more details like expected number of guests, your musical preferences, and a run sheet for the day.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will depend on the scale and specifics of your event.

  • Absolutely! We encourage meetings between our clients and coordinators or DJs to ensure all details are perfectly matched with your expectations.

  • We start with a consultation to understand your event’s theme, audience, and your personal preferences. From there, we tailor the music selection to ensure it perfectly aligns with the mood and style of your celebration. Check out our process on the about page.

  • We offer a flexible cancellation policy, but specific terms will depend on how close to the event the cancellation occurs. Full details are provided during the booking process.

During the Event

  • You can expect professional, punctual service. Our team will arrive early for setup and sound checks to ensure everything runs smoothly while onsite. Each package offers a different duration so start to finish.

  • We are happy to accommodate song requests. Our DJs are skilled at adapting to the crowd's mood and incorporating requested songs seamlessly.

  • Our team is well-prepared for any technical issues, with backup equipment and contingency plans in place to ensure the music never stops.

  • Yes, additional hours can be arranged. Please discuss this possibility with us in advance for proper planning. Additional fees may apply.

Post event

  • We always welcome feedback so we can improve and continue to provide exemplary service. We’ll send a feedback form after your event but you can always contact us directly via phone or email if you have any comments or concerns.
